To discover in a more qualitative and information rich way what women want in future mobile phones, in collaboration with another designer, we produced and facilitated five days of task-based workshops for creative professionals in Bangkok, Thailand. Each day we had six different women of varying disciplines, found by our host the
Thailand Creative and Design Center.
The workshops, as well as the previously held consumer seminars, were recorded on video in full. The footage was reviewed in detail. And then, along with additional market research insights and discoveries, compiled into mini slideshows and edited videos presented in an intranet-only interactive site for the entire company.
