Self-initiated project to test the waters of smartphone app creation after the iPhone 3G was released in Japan in 2008. I made designs, application flow, detailed specs, and bitmap assets which were passed on to a remote freelance app developer to code. The app transforms the iPhone into a 21st-century timepiece able to show up to four timezones at once within four different designs.
The alarm is probably the most innovative feature, though understated in its ability at first glance. Just set the time in whatever zone is necessary; no need to figure out or look up the local time compared to your timezone. Then, tap another city to see the same alarm in equivalent time.
